An album split in two, with the second half of the album being a selection of ambient tracks in which Bowie seamlessly blends sounds from East Asia, the Balkans and the Middle East. An admirable artistic endeavour that impressed me more than I enjoyed it.

Nerdy and unconvincing as punk-rockers, Weezer's album is at its best quite catchy, whilst at its worst is somewhere in between boring and annoying. An album that left me feeling shortchanged, not just for its length, but also because they sound like a poor man's Green Day and I previously had high hopes having already heard Island In The Sun
